1/3 of the way there!

well i am 13 weeks today and now officially in the 2nd trimester :)yay!!! now if only the nausea would leave and my energy would come back.... like EVERYONE keeps telling me it will... lol

we have a dr's appt on wednesday, and they're not gonna do an ultrasound, but they are going to listen to the baby's heartbeat wiht a dopplar.... but then my next appt won't be for 4 more weeks.... i am going stir crazy these last 4 not knowing how the baby is, so last week we decided we wanted to buy a little dopplar fetal monitor for ourselves to use between OB visits....

so i went on Amazon and found this one:



and on the listing it is titled: Baby Sound B Fetal Doppler Monitor - Colors May Vary

now it's the colors may vary part that i thought was funny...
when i ordered it, the picture was of a pink one... but as you can see the one shown now is Blue...

well it came in the mail today and i opened the box when i got to work....
i was thinking... oooh.. whatever color we get will be an indicator of the baby's gender.......

i could not stop laughing when i opened the box... with as much as i love the color green... what are the odds i would be sent a green one.....
too funny..... really....

so much for it determining the gender.. lol

now if i could just find batteries and i'd use it tonight while i'm working.. lol!
